November 2009 – Power Saver Challenge 2

The TXU Energy Power Saver Challenge 2 is a unique reality contest designed to encourage current and new TXU Energy customers to discover and share new ways to manage their energy consumption and make their homes more energy efficient. The Challenge showcased three Texas families competing to win the $25,000 Grand Prize by increasing the energy efficiency of their homes. August 2008 – Good For Texas Sweepstakes

The TXU Energy Good For Texas Sweepstakes demonstrated our commitment to helping customers save energy every day. The sweepstakes featured a 2009 Chevy Tahoe Hybrid as a Grand Prize, a Solar Panel System as a First Prize and numerous daily and weekly prizes.

July 2008 – Power Saver Challenge

The TXU Energy Power Saver Challenge showcased three Texas finalist families as they made energy-efficiency improvements to their homes in hopes of winning the Grand Prize of $30,000! TXU Energy provided each of the finalists with $5,000 cash, energy audits and energy-efficiency equipment to help them in their quest.
